Pros

They get it right! Everything that this place does is first class. Great Benefits, Training and ethical. They also provide a very safe work environment. The new managemanet TEAM has done a great job in putting this company back together after a couple of really dark years.

Cons

There are no downsides worth mentioning

Pros

The class materials were top notch, Jon Carmen was the facilitator and he did an excellent job in leading the class. Plenty of time for questions and participant interaction. I came away from this training with a better grasp of interview techniques and leading a high performance organization focused on consistent implementation of tactics that generate superior sales results.

Cons

Could have used another 2-3 hours of in class time on the third day.

Just received 3 days of management training. The company is committed to training everyone from techs to all levels of management

The hours are not always predictable but that is to be expected in the service field
