Pros

Worked with many great professional people at all levels of the company. Learned many life skills from a few direct managers. Field team members are usually excelling in their craftsmanship.

Cons

Had one direct manager with a passive aggressive personality, so you never knew where you truly stood with him.

Weekly pay is a bonus Good health and dental Insurance Company has matching 401K if you make it long enough to qualify.

Cons

Support staff constantly changes duties Service technicians are not trained adequately.

Pros

Good money and great training.

Cons

If your white, you will be dumped all over as there is much fear of lawsuits from any other race. In some regards, they are looking for a "hangman". I would recommend this job to my enemies. New installations turn out to have problems quickly about 77-82% of the time due to installers taking shortcuts or just downright not doing the job 100% correct. Somewhat embarrassed to say I work for them. Will not recommend their services to anyone I know, sad to say.
