Pros

You can be yourself, If you take vacation it's usually granted, only slow months are March and April and even then you'll be generally busy.

Cons

Overworked (12+ hr days 6 days a week), Understaffed, Poor pay, Lack of teamwork between departments, and those departments try to make the other look bad to hide their flaws. Lots of finger pointing and some very cancerous people in sales and service. Lack of incentives, compensation to Installers.

Pros

When there is work they are strong! Give good benefits, including spiffs and reward program

Cons

Long stretches of no work months at a time. No pay raises scene within a year and a half. Not much room to move up.
