Pros

The company is very diverse and is willing to give every person an opportunity to work there, no matter their ethnicity or beliefs.

Cons

They overwork their employees in payroll. A lot of brown-nosing. The manager and team lead throw their work on others and don't help when asked.

Pros

Seasonal Work with busy summers and slow winters Uncapped Commission at competitive rates Lots of training and support during onboarding

Cons

REALLY BUSY SUMMERS AND REALLY SLOW WINTERS no base outside of training pay, so its sell or walk lots of pointless calls where opportunity is scarce Management feels like its contradictive and often convoluted as bloat in the company has gotten worse.
