Pros

They are moving away from paper to tablets.

Cons

Alot of Micromanaging and Stressful environment, terrible location traffic is ridiculous, bad dispatching. They will Start you in WC, then send you to Antioch then to Concord and end you in Oakley. Everyone is actively looking for other jobs. Understaffing. Constantly on the on call rotation and dealing with call backs too many green techs. They have been promising for 3 years to move away from paper. They are making the system so they pay less commission with their advantage program it will be difficult to sell upgrades or make commission on maintenance. Making the company more money and less pay for the tech.

Pros

Great pay. Lots of growth and advancement opportunities. Great incentives and holiday pay. Lots of overtime in the busy seasons

Cons

Very strict attendance policies. Very messy like any other call center ( but perfect if you just mind your business and realize every "work friend" aint yo real friend.
