Pros

Robbie Karume was the best Service Supervisor The Team Leader there - Can't remember his name right off but he is very professional and always willing to help.

Cons

No cost of living increase to keep up with inflation Most of the managers and admin aren't professional nor willing to help Certain people are given positions they don't deserve while others go unnoticed.

Not many, only pro I can think of is that their work is QCed.

Cons

Poor management employee relations, poorly organized and operated for a national company, not a good working and learning environment. Field employees are often treated like dirt.
