Pros

You can be yourself, If you take vacation it's usually granted, only slow months are March and April and even then you'll be generally busy.

Cons

Overworked (12+ hr days 6 days a week), Understaffed, Poor pay, Lack of teamwork between departments, and those departments try to make the other look bad to hide their flaws. Lots of finger pointing and some very cancerous people in sales and service. Lack of incentives, compensation to Installers.

High pressure sales has taken precedence over good customer service

Pros

The work environment was pleasant and everyone is friendly. Spiffs and bonuses are nice. Ability to work overtime for the national call center is helpful.

Cons

They pay office staff as little as possible, and instead of offering decent yearly raises they just tell you to sell more. If I wanted to rely on my ability to make sales to make more money, I’d be a salesperson. They drive customers away with the new approach they’re taking to selling things. There’s little to no room for advancement in the local centers.
