Pros

The colleagues I work with are supportive and collaborative. I find my role engaging and appreciate the autonomy I am given. I have benefited from multiple advancement opportunities within my position.

Cons

New Leadership's approach seems to prioritize profit over employee well-being. Continued layoffs and restructuring have created uncertainty. It can be challenging to move up within the company, with few clear pathways for advancement. There have been instances where promised promotions and pay raises were not fulfilled. Favoritism among certain individuals has affected team morale.

Good pay. Hybrid work. Decent benefits.

Cons

Micromanagement to the extreme. Management pushed a no friendly no interactive culture. Desks were arranged in the bull pen like you were in grade school.
