Pros

Reasonable pay, a lot of good people work there, but there are some that spoil it all. As the proverb goes, "One bad apple..."

Cons

Some parts of the company are cliquish, standards and disciplinary actions are not the same for some employees as they are for others. There is a lot of finger pointing, when that time could be better spent locating solutions. There is also a culture of gossip, backbiting, and tattling.

Poor raises, bonus is paid out of your center instead of our of region which reduces the amount of profit your center makes thus reducing bonus payout.
