Pros

benefits,vacation time available but you really can't use vacation unless you enjoy being belittled insulted and emotionally tortured.t as no one covers for you while you are out and you will be left with a mountain of work to do upon your return.install department is great.

Cons

if you enjoy beating your head against a brick wall, being insulted,disrepcted and belittled this is the office this is the office job for you.

Good place to get experience if you are just entering your career. You will have at minimum 5 service calls per day. Plenty of work.

Cons

Terrible pay. You only stay for the experience.
