They want you to work 17-18 hours a day 7 days a week. If your a service tech and you have a wife and kids, you’ll never see or spend time with them

- Remote work stations are available.

- Supervisors and management make you feel degraded. - MS-DOS based system is antiquated and extremely un-user friendly. - Management plays favorites in the worst ways, with clear favoritism. - Cliques and backstabbing permeate the company culture, with very clear distinction between employee cliques. - Onboarding does not prepare you for the job, due to antiquated systems and rigid policies and scripts. - Supervisors will keep moving the goal posts, no matter how many years you decide to work with them.
