Decent company to work for, but--

Pros

Really flexible with options to trade shifts with other people in the office (assuming it depends on who you work with, though). Never felt too pressured from bosses/supervisors. The work itself wasn't exhausting and overall I felt respected there. We had holiday parties that were always fun.

Cons

They did everything they could to keep me part time so that they didn't have to give me benefits. It wasn't until I put my two weeks in that they offered me a full time position. That did irritate me, but I would still recommend giving it a shot here, it was a great company to work for.

Nice having a company car and phone

Cons

The company lacks in a lot of sales technology. Communication with upper management isn’t the greatest. Lack of training. The position had potential. The local management/ office can ruin this potential, causing deals and sales to fall through.
