Pros

If you are looking for a place to grow and develop skills in sales and tech, this is the place to do it. The team is incredible, leadership is involved and transparent, and the culture is unlike any other. Service Express is passionate about promoting from within, so there are a multitude of opportunities to climb the ladder and explore other departments if that is your goal. Metrics can be hard to hit like they are in any sales role, but you are constantly surrounded by the support of the team as well as leadership. The company also emphasizes the importance of work life balance, and you are encouraged to "leave work at work" and take the time you need to ensure that you don't burn out. The tools you are given are the best of the best, and the company is constantly seeking feedback regarding tools and looking to implement the best options. I can go on and on about how great this company is, and if you're looking to break into tech sales, I highly recommend doing so at Service Express.

Cons

I truly don't have many cons. However if I have to list one, I can say that it can be a bit tough to fully understand the industry and its terms. However, the training is ongoing and robust, and the company makes a conscious effort to continue product training.

Pros

The leaders provide a lot of tools to help you achieve quota. You have support if you reach out, but if you don't take steps to get support, you're on your own (which I believe to be healthy in some ways). Good base pay. Good benefits. If you have a slower month, they give grace, and really work with you to figure out a solution.

Cons

The commission structure penalizes slower months too heavily, which negates the benefit gained from a better month. Lowest on the totem pole in terms of pay, and benefits relating to in office add ons (i.e. catered lunch, work from home). Cold calling is pretty difficult in general.
