Mediocre company, with mediocre upper management, mediocre culture

Pros

Compensation is not bad, We do have some good people

Cons

Upper Management is disconnected, un-polished and only concerned about the bottom line. They promote culture and the typical boilerplate rah, rah, but its not genuine. You are just a number. Working here is like going back in time 30 yrs in regards to how antiquated the processes, methodology, culture, software and management style. Upper management is good ol boy network. Communication is horrible. Cloak and dagger B.S. very juvenile.

Pros

- great team, everyone is a pleasure to work with, hard working, and very supportive - great company culture, employees are treated well--it is easy to voice concerns and work with management - generous paid time off, compensation, and other supplemental benefits - comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits - challenging but fun work on a daily basis!

Cons

I do not see any downsides to working at Service Partners. There are a lot of great things about working here, and I have not seen anything that should be improved yet.

The is much freedom to work independently. No micromanaging. Great people with many years there

Cons

Extremely poor communication from corporate office. No leadership of sales efforts
