Good office culture with everyone being approachable Growing at a rapid rate Managers and directors are always trying to help teach and grow individuals Both NY and MA offices are conveniently located Lots of chances to learn and adapt to new challenges in a growing market

Cons

To be expected with a growing company there are lots of changes happening but like I as said to be expected.

Manage your own territory. Great opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. The environment is collaborative and fast paced. The leadership team is directly affected by your success, so they have a vested interest in your development and financial success. There are monthly bonuses and spiffs on top of a great commission rate. We have an awesome work/life balance here, as well.

Cons

Like any sales job, you do have metrics to hit. But, they are in place to help you succeed.
