Exciting and Happening Company

Pros

Company is growing rapidly. Lots of exciting things happening and the company is investing in the infrastructure and talent. The management does not micromanage, they trust that the employees. Lots of flexibility, and encouragement of work /life balance.

Cons

Communication and on-boarding of new employees could be improved. But the management is aware and seems to be making the appropriate changes to fix this issue.

Pros

Company is growing and offers lots of opportunity for people who want to advance. For most jobs (including mine) we are able to work remotely - my work place can be anywhere I have an internet connection. We are given the opportunity to work independently and never micro-managed but support is always available when needed.

Cons

Training new people can be challenging when you work remotely.

Work from home, easy system to navigate through.

Cons

No room for advancement, No pay increases EVER, company keeps growing (which is good) however with the growth comes more work but no pay, at hire you are told that you will get raises which never comes, there is no communication between management and employees, customers complain that there is no help for them. You have to learn everything on your own.
