- Very competitive compensation. - High-growth tech company (30%+ YoY) in a great financial position. - Excellent benefits: unlimited PTO and 401(k) matching. - Industry-leading product with incredibly high customer retention rates. - Transparent company culture (monthly all hands). - Support from Accel (VC investor) is amazing. They are hiring top-tier Bay Area talent in key Product/ Engineering/ Data Science positions which no competitors are doing.

Cons

- Like most growing technology companies, you need to be comfortable operating in an environment of change. - Highly competitive industry with some customers who have been at their orgs for 20+ years and are slow to adopt digital transformation. - Need to be self-sufficient when it comes to some areas of learning and development.
