-SOME excellent managers -Positive work environment -Freedom with time off -Fair compensation -A lot of highly intelligent co-workers, some of the brightest around. -Pretty neat office, stocked kitchen etc...most pros are ancillary benefits.

Cons

-Zero training -All upper management transparency is fluff with no actual intention of taking your opinions seriously -Extremely volatile, lay-offs were a constant -Confusing ownership of sales process -No performance reviews -Disorganized

Company is growing rapidly. Lots of exciting things happening and the company is investing in the infrastructure and talent. The management does not micromanage, they trust that the employees. Lots of flexibility, and encouragement of work /life balance.

Cons

Communication and on-boarding of new employees could be improved. But the management is aware and seems to be making the appropriate changes to fix this issue.
