Pros
ServiceChannel just had the largest quarter in company history. Unbelievable existing client base from every popular retail and restaurant group you can think of. Fantastic leadership that works with a common goal of growing the company and making money. Great culture and fun work environment.
Cons
Not much to share in the con column. I've been in the North Andover office since it opened and of course there are some challenges that come with that. But looking back over the past 6 months it's incredible how far we have come. A fully ramped SDR team and mid market account execs working opportunities. The North Andover office is becoming a well oiled machine with pipelines growing daily.
