      Pros

      Work from home, easy system to navigate through.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, No pay increases EVER, company keeps growing (which is good) however with the growth comes more work but no pay, at hire you are told that you will get raises which never comes, there is no communication between management and employees, customers complain that there is no help for them. You have to learn everything on your own.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, growing company, very relaxed setting, more than accommodating if you need time off for things, everyone is extremely friendly.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no communication between senior managers and lower-level employees. There were things I should've been told about from senior management that I had to find through others. Also, there is absolutely zero room for growth either in salary or title. The people who are higher-up are either friends of each other or family, so if you're an outsider you're essentially stuck. There are also no annual reviews so you can't get feedback from managers.
