Pros

None unless you have no sense of integrity or morals and want to degrade yourself to selling your soul for a paycheck. Also, the office staff (well most of them) are awesome and stuck in the same rut as all the other employees that cant escape.

Cons

Where do I begin? As an employee of this company you have absolutely no worth, period. Unless, of course, you share in the same ideals and morals that the owners do. Which would mean that you value money over everything else. Above the success of your employees, above the integrity of your company, above the well being of your customers, ABOVE ALL ELSE. I have seen this company swindle customer after customer out of thousands of dollars with a smile on their face. To say that the owners are cheap is a huge understatment. They do not even provide personal protective equipment for their technicians, yet they charge thecustomer for these items. They have a 99% turn over rate and have a constant job posting on multiple job search engines. I persoanlly witnessed 6 employees leave the company in the span of a month. These people are beyond crooked and their reputation in the local community speaks to that.

Pros

This company has been serving Southwest Michigan Since 1953, with the same owner for over 35 years. They help people develop within the company and offer opportunity for advancement. Their focus on customer satisfaction is very strong. The fact that they have been around for so long and continue to grow supports the fact that they are growing profitably. They have a large Leadership Team for checks and balances.

Cons

It seems they could do a better job communicating to all the employees how the company is "doing". Although, they do have a newsletter and talk about posting decisions from the leadership team.

Pros

Referral bonus. Populated area with high demand (steady income)

Cons

Managers/ scheduling function is COMPLETELY faulty. Commissioned technicians are scheduled to do "free services" in other technicians areas (i.e. a technician gets paid x dollars for a full services, does a half-job and the schedulers have ANOTHER technician who does NOT get paid for the job go out a fix it). Managers are unprofessional and make managerial problems the problems of the technicians. Some have never even worked in the business- have NO idea what they're doing or how to run this type of business.
