Pros

Education will help you get in the door however the internal network will prevent you from getting promotions you will deserve for hard work. Salary in some area is wonderful unfortunately HR does not look at internal equity for all areas.

Cons

You are interviewed by none experienced recruiters except 3. The Directors have little to No recruiting experience. And it is a Wonder the OFCCP has not audited them in their interview
