Pros

Diverse staff. Pay was pretty decent and benefits were good. Also management would listen and make some changes based on representative feedback.

Cons

Schedule changes frequently, working some weekend and holidays. Can be a little difficult to move within departments.

Innovative/open workplace lifestyle. Good people, great CEO and CIO moving the company in the right direction. Lots of cross collaboration between teams.

Cons

Like all places, there are a few useless few that slow things down from time to time.
