Pros

Great employees and wonderful staff. DR is a great industry to be in. Excellent place to gain job skills and move on. They're willing to train whoever they can get through the door.

Cons

Poor management, with little advance planning creates high turnover. They are very reactive and not very strategic. CEO is not a visionary or good at 'the big picture."

Pros

Some of the people. Not really much else was good about it besides the people (except upper management).

Cons

Franchise owner was horrible; dealt with things like no raises for four years and tons of sexual harassment. Not much could be done about it cuz there was no HR department. No meal breaks and were never allowed to leave the office. I could go on and on. TERRIBLE.
