      Pros

      Friendly people. Work is clear cut and work environments are usually quiet. Steady work that can be delegated as a team or you can chose to kind of do the same thing every day if you like that.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to do a lot of work if someone else does not show up. It can make for really long nights if you don't have stable crew members.

      Pros

      Allows me to work around my school schedule. Co-workers are very helpful and appreciate the help

      Cons

      High turnover. Pay is minimum wage but demands by the company are high. The office help seems confused on who you are or where you should be. Most of the employees seem to be unfamiliar with the labor laws and are students or low income. I won't be back next summer but did acquire enough information for a controversial and inspiring thesis

      Pros

      day shift, except for taking turns to be on call for water damages.

      Cons

      The franchise owner is sexist, racist, and complained about having to order supplies; yet, he'd complain that we weren't telling him when we needed supplies. His expectations for deadlines were completely unrealistic.
