Pros

Great benefits for yourself, very family oriented, really great cleaning products, great staff members, free coffee, full-time employment, set schedule; Monday thru Friday with weekends off. Overtime opportunities. (Time and a half). Free used boxes, great for moving.

Cons

Low wages, most of the staff only speaks Spanish, takes a long time to get a pay increase, benefits for one dependent cost around $500 a month, there is no training in place, you just learn as you, getting reprimanded for you mistakes, each person does things "their way" and it gets frustrating because there's no real way of doing anything. they run out of work at times and newer employees will be asked to stay home for (sometimes) long periods of time.

Pros

Many good people, but in pockets. Company is in a number of very lucrative market segments (e.g. commercial pest control).

Cons

Politics are pretty thick. They have continued to thin out staff pre- and post-IPO and that is putting a tremendous burden on the "survivors". Some leadership plays favorites.

Pros

The idea of a culture that Values People, makes things easy for their customers and places great emphasis on "Gold Level" players is very refreshing, however it is merely fluff and BS from the CEO who likens himself to a motivational speaker more than a true CEO. The reality is that you are told you are loved, taught to overcome your barriers on their terms and hypnotized or "NLP'd" into conditioning that always favors the vision of the CEO.

Cons

Once you are in the "Inner" circle, you quickly understand that the 80 hour weeks are mandatory, the culture is not for you, it is the poster child for which they build recruiting for mid level and frontline employees. They do good things for some of their employees and then parade those employees out for whatever investors or clients that show up. Its all a game. Set up for the CEO to take MASSIVE compensation while denying basic equipment and technology that the front line needs to do their jobs. Cameras everywhere, and they do Spy constantly, so beware of every conversation you have...unless they make a mistake, then somehow those video surveillance tapes mysteriously disappear. Also - think twice about joining an organization whose sole goal is to break ties with their namesake brand over the coming year...There is massive chaos in the leadership ranks and this is an extremely "High Risk" venture without proper leadership at the front side. They are motivated by one thing only...$$$$$
