Purely a timing thing, but with TruGreen becoming it's own company there will be a period of internal restructuring.

Pros

The company pays well and has traditionally done things like volunteering in the local community. The company continues to evolve and I am hopeful for positive change in the future.

Cons

Work a lot of hours with little to no recognition of contribution to the company. It seems that those who are given promotional opportunities are not those who work hard and try to make a real difference in the company.
