Pros

- great direct leaders - good company name for resume - good future outlook - good experience with AI

Cons

- pay is below market value - there were layoffs but our executive teams never ever addressed it. It makes your job tough as customers ask. - job security is very uncertain - used to have a really good culture but seems more cutthroat than all the previous years
