      Pros

      Salary: Base, RSUs, and Bonus Company Culture Ambitious ServiceNow is an amazing company that is experiencing tremendous growth in the enterprise software arena. The people are amazing, the technology and platform are amazing, and the benefits are second to none!

      Cons

      I haven't experienced any real cons thus far. One thing that could possibly be a drawback for some is that ServiceNow is growing at such a rapid pace that it is sometimes hard to grow the staff at a similar rate.

      Pros

      * Culture of Innovation - it is so much fun thinking of different ways to solve a business problems both within the platform rules, or building custom scripts. This keeps me on my toes and interested to show up thinking everyday. * Schedule Flexibility - meeting the customer's deadlines is the primary goal, and showing up for meetings is required, but after that...you are free to manage your time as you see fit. No micro-mgrs here. * Best Platform to develop on. New products are released every quarter. The TOIs are well done and documentation which was lacking in the past (trying to keep up with the speed of the development) has gotten much better. * Best Leaders in the Business. They are taking this company well beyond what anyone could have seen years ago.

      Cons

      * While your time is yours to manage, you still are required to meet utilizations for bonuses, and these rules of how the targets are set are constantly in flux. Be ready for each year to be different from the last. But as a high-growth company grows really fast like we are, it's just what I have become used to dealing with and adjusting to.
