Pros

Work life balance certainly something they take serious here. Being able to engage and accelerate enterprise deals. More of a strategic role rather than a business development heavy role.

Cons

Role made between BDR and AE career progression is slowed. No commissions, only company bonus scheme.

Great stock plans when joining company. Flexible hybrid/remote model depending on your role within the organization.

Cons

Stock has dipped quite a bit after the split but seems to be making a comeback. That hurts stock plan received upon offer.
