      Great culture Great chance to create a great impact to the customer Every inch of the company is valuable. No team is undervalued. Inspiring Leadership. Not just words. They lead by example. Competitive compensation Perks/benefits/swag kits/goodies are amazing

      Cons

      no trainings are available on platform architecture. It's a need of the hour. It helps people to workflows better. 32bit architecture is quite old. High Time to say bye bye to legacy architecture.

      Pros

      Profitable, one of the industries best package and payout after reaching target (accelerators). Great culture and good management. Very much a relevant company & solutions that Enterprises are asking for today. This meaning that ServiceNow is future-proof. Internal carrier possibilities is good since the massive growth of the organization. Inspiring and challenging for people that looks for just that.

      Cons

      High demands and target can be challenging to reach. Very complex platform to understand. Big focus on the Top Account/customer. If you don't have them in your territory, then you have a challenge to engage extended team and resources that you might need to be successful. Only measured on Net New Annual Contract Value. Sales within the Partner ecosystem is a big challenge. Partners are focusing on Services not license revenue. It can be a conflict of interest.
