Pros

ServiceNow is implementing an amazing onboarding process. Great ramp-up procedure Wonderful and very well made training courses (videos, slides) There was no day where I was not enjoying. At the same time, I was also involved in some tasks of my job. My manager was very supportive as well as my colleagues and ramp-up buddy.

Cons

Some accesses were not ready by the time I needed them. It is a minor thing since asking for the access is usually not a lengthy process.
