Pros

They put a lot of emphasis on continuous internal training from the one-time onboarding process as well as many other great learning opportunities on ServiceNow. We attach great importance to internal networking, as only together can we continue to achieve the company's growth targets.

Great salary, great commission, great hiring process and excellent managers. Good learning ground in sales and IT

Cons

Some work processes aren’t clearly defined. For example, targets are easier or sometimes harder to hit across different countries. the SDR role is also under appreciated and not understood. There should be more collaboration across the sales team.
