Pros

Managers seem to actually care about work-life balance, encouraged to grow, feel appreciated as a team member. Excellent onboarding experience.

Cons

ServiceNow is sometimes too big to get quick answers to questions related to IT and HR, so it requires some patience -- however this is not in all cases.

The company is pretty standard from the core. Take care of employees well and has a good work-life balance. Good scope of innovation and encouragement.

Cons

The company develops tools itself for development. which makes your work experience company-specific. Which is not good for someone who wants to change companies frequently.
