Pros

- Good Culture - Respect and Values employees - Flexibility of work (Good Work - Life Balance) - Company is growing - It is easy to reach others if facing any problems.

Cons

Haven't felt anything of that kind till now, as recently completed my 2 months here. But will update in future if encountered any.

1) Lot of opportunities to learn and grow 2) Awesome culture and great work life balance 3) Lots and Lots of perks like free food and reimbursement for mutiple things. 4) Stock options

Cons

Base is slightly less as compared to competition but they cover up that with great stock options and other benefits.
