Pros

Onboarding is excellent. Culture is very welcoming - bring your original self to work. Diversity programs are quite good. It is fast paced and you get to interact with intellectuals. Be Hungry Be Humble - is what truly they are.

Cons

Traveling could be cumbersome but it is work from home for now.
