Family-friendly company that encourages employees to bring their authentic self to work. ServiceNow provides networks of high-performing peers and leaders and great opportunities to learn and grow. Outstanding executive leadership.

Cons

Navigating through multiple layers of mid-level management can sometimes feel bureaucratic and slow innovation, decision making and execution.

Pros

New Hire Onboarding has been maybe the best i've ever experienced. The product is fantastic. My Co-workers are friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Honestly, after only 1 month I have only great things to say about working here.

Cons

I have yet to see any cons. Perhaps the 401k matching could be better.
