Given the training and pay, it’s lower than industry average for expectations but you are part of a top notch blue chip company with a culture worth double your salary. Bill McDermott isn’t the only rockstar at the company, they are all around you and your team. ServiceNow hires 9’s and 10’s

Pros

The culture is amazing and very accepting. My onboarding experience (I'm in week 4) has been exceptional and I have been so supported. The efforts I've made have been met t every turn with support.

Cons

Hmmm, I guess the only thing I've eye-rolled a bit was the need to pay for my cell phone (the actual device). Company pays the bill and I did have the option to let them take ownership of my personal number so I wouldn't need to buy one, but I like work & personal separate.
