Great culture, people and benefits that support ambitious and fast pace drive. If you like working, this is the place. I’m in Finance and really like it. I find people to be easy to work with, responsive and motivated. There will always be some odd ball but 98% it’s good.

Cons

None that I can think of right now. The culture can definitely different from department to department but that’s every company. The key is a good leader.
