Company have great values and culture, they care for their engineers and have great benefits.

Your pros/cons of working at ServiceRocket will very much depend on SR's customer. Most are fortunate that have great established team, however there are also teams that are hard to work with, lots of pain points most of them not because of ServiceRocket but the relationship with their customer.
