No work life balance whatsoever. Worked 7 days a week most weeks. Owner is a crook because the owner knows most reps will quit within 90 days because they don’t want to work 7 days a week or be expected to be on call 24 7, so the owner makes it so you will not be paid on any sale you make if you leave prior to when the insurance company pays on a claim. The owner does this on purpose so they don’t have to pay people what they are owed. The owner also has a bad reputation for encouraging reps to commit unethical business practices and has multiple complaints against him for breaking corporate policies and all the other owners want them to be shutdown.
