Pros

Good coworkers. Decent benefits. Regular pay.

Cons

Micro-managers. The owners are siblings who dislike and distrust each other and that just rolls down to the rest of the company. They will find ways not to pay you commissions if you have any kind of sales position. HR is nothing but the company's hatchet men. Many in management have no business being there. Creativity and independent thought will be crushed.

You get certifications that you can take with you once you get fed up and quit.

Cons

Everything. ZERO benefits, LONG hours, NO time off, NO advancement, Managers that don't know a thing about the business but act like they do. This place just sucks, period.
