- Startup environment allows for people across departments to contribute and gain experience and exposure to business - Solid client roster means working on innovative projects across industries - Improving benefits and perks all the time — commuter reimbursement, team outings, catered meals, etc.

Cons

- Fast-paced environment is not for everyone - Office space is limited
