Great work-life balance. Interesting projects, nice people. Good benefits. Part of Mastercard corporation with its own freedom.

Cons

No flexible security rules/restrictions after joining a Mastercard. Some work on tech debt is needed.

this is the perfect place to have a nice 9 to 5 and enjoy your life

Cons

Poor management and leadership. There's no transparency at all. This is a sales-oriented company managed by not technical people. Especially ppl from the Boston office management, other engineers would reply to Slack/Mails while on vacation, what sets a bad example. You don't have to do that in Europe luckyly.
