Cons

Engineering managment is toxic, threatening, and consistently lies to avoid accountability. The toxicity starts at the top and trickles down throughout the rest. I have never seen such blatant disrespect, ignorance, and incompetence. The collapse of the company is due to poor project management and blocked communication paths through threatening action.

The company had a fund raising issue where they have to get rid off 10% employees in the beginning of 2025, and 50% (49% in order to avoid WARN act) in the middle of 2025. As a result, the stress and work culture did not stay the same as before.
