Cons

The company had a fund raising issue where they have to get rid off 10% employees in the beginning of 2025, and 50% (49% in order to avoid WARN act) in the middle of 2025. As a result, the stress and work culture did not stay the same as before.

Interesting technology, not much to worry about in terms of caustic culture or office politics from the perspective of an IC

Cons

Lack of any kind of company culture, identity, or sense of camaraderie. People are there to get in and get out. The company seems to be run by people from large organizations who want to run a startup the same way as the company they came from, so there is too much process and overhead, while departments are simultaneously siloed enough that no one knows what is going on. Result is a company that burns lots of money and struggles to move forward.
