Pros

Having just graduated college, I couldn't be happier with my choice to join SevOne. The environment and people are all great and encourage you to work hard and push yourself to be better each day. Other than SevOne being a great place to work, the company itself is going in an amazing direction and it is very exciting to be a part of that.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative about my experience so far. I genuinely enjoy coming to work and being surrounded by driven and motivated people. I will say that in the beginning possibly providing training that is tailored to the mid market as opposed to the enterprise would have been helpful for those going into mid market sales.

Pros

One of the best workplaces to work. People are nice and friendly. Upper management seems to be nice with regard to dealing with their employees. The company seems to provide good care of it's employees by organizing fun activities, free food and Ice Cream in regular basis. Overall, SevOne has positive atmosphere, and it certainly does carry 'Culture of Awesome'.

Cons

I have not encountered any particular con till this point of time.

Pros

- Great company culture - A lot of little perks like free ice cream, lunches, company activities, etc. - Challenging work - Smart and collaborative team - Development, QA, Support, Sales and Marketing Operations are all made up of extremely impressive individuals - Fun environment - SevOne produces some very impressive technology, and it is very rewarding to be a part of an organization like this - Direct Managers in all groups genuinely care about employee development - Fast growing with a lot of opportunities to grow

Cons

- Some new policies have reduced the amount of communication from upper management - Salaries seem very low compared to other tech companies
