Pros

The company is doing well so it has been a lot of fun being in at the ground floor. The people are all generally very fun to hang around and are very relaxed. The fact that you have options to play video games, jam with other musically inclined people and play frisbee only makes it better.

Cons

With the rapid growth and focus on expansion there are more rules and processes with everything. This has an unintended effect of discouraging the fun and open atmosphere that was previously enjoyed.

SevOne is a great company with a lot to offer. The company is growing rapidly and has a lot of room for professional growth. SevOne's culture is unlike any other! Employees have a lot of fun, while always making sure to stay focused on their work.

Cons

The beginning can be tough because there isn't a lot of training, but if you are a go getter you will be fine.

Pros

I joined SevOne as a SMARTS intern during Spring semester, and enjoyed it here! The learning curve is steep, but if you have the right background you'll glide through it. You are exposed to multiple roles during the internship, and so for someone without a lot of real experience you can figure out where you belong. Lots of fun activities going on all the time: free food, ice cream, video games, everything is casual.

Cons

More structure/ more training during initial few weeks would be helpful.
