Pros

Decent paycheck Medical and Dental Paid time off

Cons

1. Employees in general are not happy unless you are a part of the "in crowd" 2. Lacks diversity. And this is coming from a non minority. 3. SVP Sales has a bad reputation in as having no morals. There are several sales guys that won't work for him. 4. Head of Marketing position has been a revolving door. The new guy is part of the "in crowd" with no marketing experience. The sales team does not respect him. 5. Recruiting team sent a mass email encouraging employees to leave a positive review. Look at the dates! Most are within a one week time span. 6. Needs to improve human resources. 7. Former CEO resigned. Great man.

Ouch, this one stings a bit but I must admit that I am surprised you feel this way given the company morale, drive, passion and culture. I won't address each con in a battle, but I do strongly disagree with several points you make. We have a strong executive core that helps to drive our company forward. They truly care about the employees and our customers and I feel that is well reflected around the office and throughout our customer base. Change is inevitable for a company that is growing at such an unprecedented pace as we are and sometimes it can feel uncomfortable. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you to better understand why our perspectives are so different.

Pros

- Friendly, casual work environment - Fast pace - you'll never let you be bored - Career growth and learning opportunities are abundant - Collaborative team environment - Little random events and perks throughout the week that make you know you're appreciated

Cons

Salaries don't quite measure up to neighboring Philadelphia. There are some other benefits that make up some of the difference. If you look at just the check, you may be a little disappointed.

Pros

Where to start? I started at this company with little to no knowledge about the product nor the technologies that it relies on. I now would consider myself an expert on them. The pay is great, the people are great, and there's generally a good vibe in the office. The customers we deal with are generally knowledgable and pleasant. What I really like about this job is that I learn something new every single day. I get handed opportunities to challenge myself with something I've never seen before on a regular basis. I get a sense of freedom here. I can sit and try my hand at debugging code if I'd like. There is never a boring day at SevOne, that's for sure. The management's great too. I don't feel micromanaged. I get recognition when I do things well, and when I mess something up, it's explained clearly to me so I learn from it instead of just feeling bad. I've been here for almost one year and I've already been promoted up two positions! I feel like I'm an integral part of SevOne. You can't get that at a lot of places.

Cons

I had about no training when I was hired, but we are starting to make documentation and run training sessions. The new guys who came in recently have received at least some training, so that's alright. Sometimes it gets REALLY cold or really hot in the office. It gets a bit chaotic and beaurocratic at times. It seems like just growing pains for a new company.
