I'm glad you find your work satisfying and that our flexible time-off policy is working well for you, but not so glad to hear you're feeling left behind. We have been growing fast, and that can make it hard to build community. Also, don't hesitate to call or email me or the HR team so we can talk about other ways we can help you feel more included in the Sevan family. As for your advice about implementing processes and procedures, our rapid growth has made developing and maintaining those difficult sometimes, but I want to assure you that we are working hard on improving. Our biggest initiative right now is implementing Dynamics 365 in combination with Crunchflow. It's taking time to get it right, but once it's up and running, I believe it will help us get much better in this important area.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry that your experience did not meet our goal of making Sevan a great place to work for our team members. Your advice about improving training is much appreciated and we are working hard on that. For example, we've instituted a Mentor Program to help team members have a dedicated resource for both personal support and training. We're also working to improve our face-to-face/new hire training process, we are aggressively expanding our library of SevanTube training videos, and are developing an online company KnowledgBase. Recently, we began our series of monthly TechTalk live webinars, which gives team members the opportunity to learn, train, and get the answers they need. We are proud that our team members have named us a Great Place to Work® for four years in a row, and that we have been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois. However, we also know that we can always do better. So thank you once again for your feedback, it helps us make Sevan a better place to work.
